Q: How are your prints shipped?

A: All of our prints are shipped in rigid shipping tubes and wrapped in standard craft paper to ensure your print arrives in the best condition possible.

Q: How long will it take for me to get my order?

A: All orders will be processed within a week from the time of ordering. Shipping times will vary depending on location, but arrival times are usually within 2 weeks. International orders may take anywhere from 4-6 weeks. 

Q: Do you offer a tracking number?

A: Overseas orders all come with a tracking number. In order to keep shipping costs to a minimum, international orders, unfortunately do not include tracking.

Q: What if my print arrives damaged?

A: If your print(s) arrive damaged, we request that you send us a picture of the item.  Upon review, will we do our best to replace your print at no extra charge. If a print is sold out, we will either ship you another in-stock print of your choice, or send you a full refund.

Q: Can prints be picked up if I live locally?

A: Yes! We are happy to help save you money and time on shipping if you live in Edmonton or the surrounding area. Message us BEFORE ORDERING through the 'Contact' link and we would be happy to schedule a time for you to come pick up your order.

Q: Will my prints be watermarked as they appear on the site?

A: No! This is just done to display the art online in a way that makes the artwork unable to be reproduced. Your print will not have the watermark on it.
